BANTOWORLD is a trading brand operated by Ningbo Haoyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (宁波皓昱电子商务有限公司).

References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Ningbo Haoyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. Final commercial terms are governed by the quotation, pro forma invoice or contract issued for each project.

1. Services and Orders

We provide product sourcing, OEM and ODM coordination, quality control, packaging and export delivery support. Scope, minimum order quantity, specifications and acceptance requirements are confirmed in writing for each project.

2. Order and Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are locked at the quoted price.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all products
  • Tier pricing available for bulk orders
  • Sample orders accepted for product evaluation

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated per order. Standard terms require a deposit before production begins, with balance due before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights required for trademarks, copyrighted works, designs and other materials supplied for sourcing or production. We may decline work where authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

5. Governing Law

Unless a signed contract states otherwise, these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Project- specific dispute resolution terms in a signed contract prevail.
