Custom Development: Brief to Delivery

Use these milestones to plan an accessory, stationery or lanyard project. Timing is agreed for the specification rather than a fixed promise across all products.

1. Product brief

Provide artwork or references, dimensions, materials, quantity per design, packaging, destination and a required delivery date.

2. Specification and quotation

Review feasible construction, design adjustments, sample scope, MOQ, unit and tooling costs, and the proposed schedule. Record the agreed version.

3. Sample approval

Confirm which sample checks are needed, who approves the sample and how revisions are handled. Agree colors, construction, attachments and packaging before production.

4. Production and inspection

Confirm progress milestones, inspection scope and acceptance criteria. Different product families need different checks, so agree the requirements for each item.

5. Packing and delivery

Verify quantities, packaging, labels and carton requirements. Confirm shipping terms, documentation and the delivery plan for the order.
