Clarify the product type
Share reference images and identify whether you need a decorative brooch, an enamel pin or another badge construction. Different constructions need different attachments and specifications.
Prepare artwork and dimensions
Provide the intended dimensions, outlined artwork where available and color references. Fine lettering and details should be checked at actual size during specification review.
Choose attachment and packaging
Explain how the item will be worn or displayed. Include your preferred attachment, backing card dimensions, print layout and any individual packaging requirements.
Compare complete quotations
Ask for MOQ per design, tooling and sample charges, unit prices, packaging, inspection arrangements and shipping terms. Agree which sample details must be approved before production.
